Teen Expedition Terms & Conditions
I am aware in accepting these terms & conditions for my child’s participation in Teen Expedition that certain elements of the program could be physically and emotionally demanding. Furthermore, I understand that certain inherent risks and dangers may exist in the activities. I acknowledge that while the WA Youth Dept and its leaders will make every reasonable effort to minimise exposure to known risks, all hazards and dangers associated with these activities cannot be foreseen or may be beyond the control of the WA Youth Dept, its leaders and staff. In the event of an emergency, and if the WA Youth Dept are unable to contact me:
I confirm that the information contained in this application is true and correct. I agree to inform the Youth Department of any changes to these details. I understand that the leaders will take all responsible care of my child whilst at camp and that the WA Youth Department or it’s representatives will not be liable in any injury or accident, or for damage or loss of property. I understand that in cases of unacceptable behaviour, campers will be sent home.
I take FULL financial responsibility for my health and agree that the activities that I partake in will in no way aggravate any condition present or injuries that my occur on Teen Expedition. I declare that all statements on this form are true and accurate and I will inform the leaders if there are any changes. I understand that Teen Expedition is a Christian programme and my behaviour impacts my Teen Expedition team. I understand that the rules of the camp are to be adhered to and as a participant will comply with expectations of the team leaders.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be available until Sunday, September 14th. Refunds will not be provided from Monday, September 15th onwards. Should the event be cancelled due to public heath concerns or weather issues all attendees will be refunded.
The WA Youth Department reserves the right to decline applicants.
